Security testing and remediation decrease risk but cannot guarantee absolute security. Findings, recommendations, and reports are based on information available at the time and on defined scopes. You acknowledge residual risk may remain despite best efforts.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely access, accurate information, and necessary approvals for any engagement.
- Implement recommended changes and maintain your own operational, legal, and regulatory compliance.
- Obtain proper authorization for any testing of your assets or third-party environments.
8. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. The receiving party will protect such information using at least reasonable care and use it only to perform obligations under these Terms. This obligation does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or rightfully received without restriction.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. To the extent we process personal data on your behalf, we will do so in accordance with applicable data protection laws and any agreed data processing terms.

13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
